Dopo la fermentazione inizia l'invecchiamento in barrique di rovere che si conclude dopo circa 12-14 mesi. \u003c\/span\u003eÈ caratterizzato da un intenso colore rosso rubino. Al naso presenta un profumo ampio e avvolgente di lunga persistenza, con richiami al tabacco e suadenti note vanigliate e di cacao.
